Each board ships within 3 days or less. Every one is made to order, so nothing sits on a shelf waiting — the engraving happens after you order, and the board goes out as soon as it is finished and packed.

$8 for the first board and $4 for each board after it, anywhere in the United States, tracked. Two boards is $12, four is $20. The second board costs less because it travels in the same parcel — postage rises with weight, but the box, the packing and the trip to the post office do not. There is no minimum and no code to enter.

No — prices here are shown before tax, the way they are almost everywhere in the United States. Tax is worked out at checkout from the address the board is going to and shown to you before you pay, so the total on the payment page is the total. In states where we are not registered to collect, nothing is added.

Acacia at 12in x 8in x 0.6in, and bamboo with an integrated handle at 12in x 7.8in x 0.5in. Both are durable and food-safe. Acacia is the richer, darker grain; bamboo is the brighter surface and the one with the handle.

Hand wash only, and dry it standing up rather than flat. Treat it with food-safe mineral oil every month or two, more often if it lives somewhere dry. Never put a wood board in the dishwasher — the heat and the standing water will split it.

Yes. It is burned into the wood with a laser rather than printed on top, so there is nothing to peel, fade or wash off. Oiling the board over the years will darken the surface around it, which tends to make the engraving stand out more, not less.

Yes, with one caveat worth knowing: cutting directly on the engraved face will wear the design over time. Most people use the blank back for prep and keep the engraved side for serving and display. Both faces are food-safe.

Every order gets a confirmation showing exactly what will be engraved, exactly as you typed it. If something looks wrong, reply to that email straight away — before the board goes on the laser there is no problem changing it.
